Rhymes With Wow at
Toronto Fringe Festival 2018
"Director Ashley Medeiros-Felix keeps Yaw on his toes so he never misses an emotional shift or silly sound effect that plays when he winks"
- Jordy Kieto (Now Toronto, NNNNN)

"Rhymes with Wow features some cool visuals, including some very fancy lighting and sound cues, which i was not expecting...I don't usually mention lighting or sound in a one man show, but the effects (by Ashley Medeiros-Felix) are just so on point."-Jennifer Enchin (MooneyOnTheatre)
Grease 'is' the word":
"Sandy is nicely played by Ashley Medeiros-Felix, who richly enlivens the duet Summer Nights and is a vision in leather in the penultimate All Choked Up number." - Inside Toronto
SMT's Production of
9to5: The Musical 'Phenomenal':
"[as Doralee Rhodes], Medeiros-Felix is magnificent in numbers such as 'Backwoods Barbie' and 'Cowgirl's Revenge...if you want to see a show that showcases amazing talent, loads of laughs, and great music, this is the ideal show to see"
- Maria Tzavaris (Scarborough Mirror)

FuNNY GIRL offers star performances:
"Funny Girl is a musical based loosely on the early life and career of comedienne-actress-singer Fanny Brice. Conventional wisdom has it that without Barbra Streisand there is no show. The Civic Light Opera Company begs to differ. They have found a leading lady who can handle 12 musical numbers – seven of which are solos – as well as the many book scenes ranging from light comedy to pathos. In many ways, Ashley Medeiros-Felix creates a character much closer to the real Fanny Brice than Streisand ever did. You root for her. You want her to find happiness. Then there’s her voice. It can cut through the brass heavy orchestrations, soaring to the farthest reaches of the theatre, balanced by warmth and infused with character insight. It is very much a star performance." - Mark Andrew Lawrence (Toronto Theatre Critic & hist of Proud FM's 'Front Row Centre')
Stage West's 'Chicago' A Killer:
"Director Max Reimer has assembled a dynamite triple threat cast that can belt out Fred Ebb & John Kander's songs while they dance up a storm...every song in Chicago is a winner...giving it knock out number after knock out number, all of which the cast at Stage West knock out of the park" -Calgary Sun

"It’s really beautiful women and men who are incredible dancers and people are going to be very entertained. The entire show [Chicago] is just so fun and exciting from start to finish" - Beacon News

There's no business like show business & emp proves it with 42nd Street:
" A crowd pleaser that's full of comedy and catchy tunes, 42nd Street reminds us that we can achieve what we dream - even if it's in tap shoes. Medeiros-Felix performs and sings the part of Peggy [Sawyer] beautifully"
-The Guardian
